We will taste three wines from Yakima's Kana Winery—Kana's Red Blend, Tempranillo and Syrah—paired with three small plates by our chef Doug Wilson. Ten Mercer will also offer attendees the opportunity to purchase bottles of these wines at exceptional retail prices.

Ten Mercer has created an appetizer and cocktail inspired by Verdi's opera Attila, part of Seattle Opera's Eat-Drink-Sing challenge:
For the appetizer, Chef Doug Wilson created Apricot Stuffed Pork Tenderloin Skewers, wrapped with pancetta and served with a frisee salad. And from the bar comes The Avenger: Zwack Hungarian liqueur, Cocchi Barolo Chinato, and Tanqueray Ten Gin, stirred over ice, strained, served up in a cocktail glass with an orange twist.
